Joshua Weber
Joshua Weber is a seasoned chief financial executive with over a decade of leadership experience in finance and management. Currently serving as the CFO of V. Marchese and Cut Fresh, he oversees financial strategy, operational management, and organizational growth. Joshua’s tenure at the company spans more than 10 years, including six years in his current role, where he has been instrumental in driving efficiency and profitability.
Prior to his current role, Joshua honed his leadership skills across various industries, holding positions such as accountant, front desk manager, and patient care coordinator. His early career includes roles in banking and automotive management, where he developed a keen eye for operations and customer service excellence.
With experience in banking and expertise in management, public speaking, and coaching, Joshua has brought a well-rounded skill set to his role as CFO of V. Marchese and Cut Fresh. He is proficient in financial analysis, strategic planning, and operational leadership.
Joshua earned a bachelor’s degree from Concordia University Wisconsin, majoring in history, legal studies, and political science. He also earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a dual focus on accounting and human resources at Concordia in 2020.
Joshua proudly serves as a board member of Milwaukee’s Harbor District BID 51, supporting the local community.
